Social Media Survey

Jason Hoeppner of B. H. Burke & Company has been an active participant in ACT’s Social Web Work Group and a presenter in our social networking webinars. His firm is conducting a survey to gauge how agencies and carriers are using social media and it will share the results with each survey respondent and the industry organizations, such as ACT. The online survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and will be open till October 31.  Only one individual from each agency or carrier should complete the survey.  B.H. Burke & Company will develop a report with the results of the survey and make it available to the survey respondents and the industry about six weeks after the survey closes.  The firm may keep the survey open beyond October 31, if there continues to be a momentum of responses.  

I’m attaching a PDF of the survey, so that you can see the questions being asked.  As stated in the survey itself, B.H Burke will only use the contact info requested in the survey to provide the survey results and will not share it or use it for marketing purposes.
