Ashley Whitney, CIC - Vice President - Harbor/Brenn Agencies

Ashley has been working in the insurance industry since the age of 12. She was asked to help cover the phones at her father's insurance agency on Friday afternoons so the staff could go to the local pub. Times have definitely changed. Ashley is now vice president of the agency, overseeing the day to day operations. Having worked in nearly every position in the agency over the last 20 years, she has a good feel for workflows and sticking points that help her manage a staff of 15. She has played an active role in the AMS User's Group at the state and national level. She achieved her Certified Insurance Councilor designation in 2009. She received the Young Charger Award from the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents, and chaired the MI Young Agents Council in 2009 when they won the highly coveted National Young Agents Council of the year award from IIABA. Ashley is passionate about technology, social media, workflows to improve efficiency, and getting things done!
